It was a real bear trying to get a good shot of this painting! I had played around with various varnishes, and ended up with a very shiny coat on this one. I had to practically shoot it in the dark because the light picked up all the bumps and brush strokes!
So I made it smaller, in order for the color and subject to be more prominent than the texture. I hope you enjoy having it.

While the original of this painting has gone to its forever home, I'm open sometimes to commissions of similar works.
